Ex: Creating Cabinet by Solid Primitive

Solid tab > Primitive panel > Box

Draw a box 20 x 300 x 730

Create the 2nd panel 720 x 300 x 20

Change the visual style to X - Ray

Create a back panel 720 x -20 x 710

Create a front door 360 x 20 x 710

Copy a right door and right panel

Create a top panel from top-left corner 798 x -315 x 20

Select the top panel

Move the top panel to left 19 by Move Gizmo

Create a Knob

Draw a guide line to left 50 from the mid of the left door

Solid tab > Primitive panel > Cylinder

Create a base R12.5 H3 by cylinder

Create a support R2 H3

Create a ball R10 by Sphere

Select the sphere

Move the sphere up 10 by Move Gizmo

Rotate and Move the Knob

Solid tab > Selection panel > Rotate Gizmo

Select all the parts of the knob

Rotate the whole knob 90 degrees by X axis

Move the knob to the endpoint of the guide line

Copy another knob to the right door at the same location
